COVID-19 and Your Care

In these difficult times, your care remains our top priority. We are in close communication with various agencies and organizations to monitor the evolving COVID-19 crisis, and we have taken steps to ensure the safety of our staff, patients, and visitors while we continue to provide high-quality care. We are here for you — no matter what — and we will get through this crisis together.

We're still here for you. No matter what.

In the face of this unprecedented global health crisis, Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast knows our communities are relying on us more than ever. We’re committed to ensuring the health and safety of our patients and staff, doing our part to conserve much-needed medical resources, and still providing the same high-quality care we know you depend on.

In Texas and Louisiana, most of our health centers are open for in-person appointments for both urgent care and select services (click here for a full list). We are not taking walk-ins at this time. We have strict measures in place to ensure the health and safety of our patients and staff. Please call 1-800-230-PLAN to schedule an in-person appointment or telehealth visit: virtual appointments you can have at home with our expert care providers for everything from primary care and birth control to gender-affirming hormone therapy, all through a private, secure video-conferencing platform.

Already a patient?

If you are already a patient and signed up for the patient portal, you can also request telehealth appointments and prescription refills at www.ppgulfcoast.org/portal.
